on the road for 3 weeks diet and exercise not followed
236.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2446 kcal Fat: 85.15g | Prot: 129.22g | Carb: 310.46g.   Breakfast: 2% American Cheese Slices, i can't believe it's not butter, thomas bagel thin. Lunch: kroger 2% milk, lucky charm cereal, oscar mayer ham, saralee honey wheat bread. Dinner: corn on the cob, i cant believe its not butter, Shrimp, brown rice. Snacks/Other: roasted peanuts, vanilla wafers. more...
