Well, that's a bit of an increase. It could be because I've changed locations (I'm a pet sitter) and sampled some new local brews. I've also been eating out more than usual. And this is key: I'm using a new scale. Whether it's too high, too low, or just right doesn't matter. Today's weight will be the new reference point.

I'm not too worried... I've settled into my new digs, making my own food, and there's a treadmill in the house. I've used it for five days straight, about 45 minutes a day. I'm fast walking, but I'm increasing speed and incline. Soon, it'll be jogging and then running. I'm more of a cyclist, but beggars can't be choosers.

And so it goes!
259.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
