back on Rejuv, back at the gym...just barely walking 1/2 mile but I'm going!! Pryce has really helped...motivation! ! Today is a loaf day. ..so healthy fats :) let's do this!!
292.6 lb Lost so far: 104.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
