Extremely active yesterday likely because my sleeping pattern are shot since my Mum fell ill a weeks ago. The nervous energy I'm expending at the moment has rocketed but looking on the bright side that's good for the diet with 2.5kg lost in a week. My BMI is now down to 24.4 and I'm less than 300g away from two stones (12.7kg) lost since Feb 1st.

Today I'm going for a non diet day - Proper breakfast and pudding with my dinner 'n all that. Tomorrow I'm back up to take my turn and look after my Mum for four nights.

Stay well all.
166.7 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
