I'm trying really hard to watch my food intake. But it's my exercise. I'm trying to be active during my lunch - in the heat, and on weekends. I started to walk on a trail of hills.. I guess that is a start. but i miss jogging. I have to wait until next month to go jogging again. It's been 3 months since I really jog.
So, I'm going to do some brisk walk today during my lunch and after work. See how that works out for me and if it's ok with my body, will i have to do the brisk walk all week.
