Well....back to it AGAIN!! Got up, dressed out...headed to the gym! Also, going to start second round with Rejuv today. Not feeling it but doing it anyway#!
293.8 lb Lost so far: 102.8 lb.    Still to go: 148.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
