To start the month I like to go hard at it so I have managed two decently low calorie days 1340 and 980 respectively. Today I'm hoping to keep it under 1500.

The garden work is going OK yesterday I dug out soil for a patio area and made some more planters to sink in for some herbs -It Looks too wet today to do much in the garden but I will try. Given the weather I have my sons AKG K701 headphones to try and fix today. A delicate resoldering job

Very nice , Since i seperated i own a single box solution as i have a very small room. Some day the plan is to own a nice quality seperates system again . Since ive come back after a weeks celebration ive been able to lose fat on 1900 kcals which is nice but its probably mainly glycogen and salt leaving me so water weight basically. Im going to diet again until i reach 140lb that should leave me at a low bodyfat level. I usually end up on 1400kcals when im really going at it but its short term for around a month then i take a break and eat maintenance calories .All the best my friend. i shall upload a photo of my humble system later lol
