Feeling good today stayed the same this week. Would like to lose 4lbs for next weekend. This is my challenge. Eating all veggies and drinking water till then. 😉⭐️🌞🍎🍒🍅🍠
169.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
