What a bummer all the work and no movement. Ugh!

1707 kcal Fat: 69.59g | Prot: 60.50g | Carb: 212.91g.   Breakfast: giant margarine, blueberries, banana, 2% milk, strawberries, giant orange juice, eagg beaters, family grains. Lunch: yoplait light fat free strawberry shortcake, American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, celery, Ranch Dressing & Dip, hillshire farms deli select ultra thin. Dinner: alexia waffle fries, iced tea, 80/20 hamburger patty, american chesse land o lakes, Giant hamburger rolls. Snacks/Other: giant ice cream bars, nabisco chips ahoy. more...
