I have been off track for about a month. I have been lifting weights for a decent amount of that time, but have really fallen off of my diet and cardio. This is unacceptable to me and will be fixed this week!!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.9 lb a week
