Just the first day...but I lost two pounds. I know that drinking water and adhering to the diet is the key that makes this happen. However, I don't believe that I could sustain this pace indefinately. Plus I just got a job doing snow removal, which is quite laborous...and from this I'll need more carboyhdrates. So we'll see what happens long term with this new schedule.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
