YEST: For breakfast-beef chili c tomatos (canned & fresh), taco powder, cabbage, garlic, celery, onion, minimal red peppers, SBG. Didn't weigh food, ate 2 much, was extra salty (good). No eat apple, no Mg, no BM in several days.Took meds late. Had PM walk (?3/4 mi)
TODAY: 20U, meds early, spead out H2O. Apple 2day, Get Mg, Need BM Map out exercise. Chicken & fish 2day & 2morrow! Gained 1.2
# this AM. Little disappt; not defeated!
237.6 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
