Fbs 134. Finally broke my 10-year low and 1 pound away from lowest since 1984. Key is avoiding any commercially prepared food. Also helpful is using hot drink at night instead of snack. Clean food. I am not rigid; I try to stay below 1300 calories and I had quite awhile ago stopped eating anything until I got hungry (more often not actually hungry, but feeling headachy or sickie), anywhere from 11 am clear to 2 or 3 pm. 173.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
