TODAY: 20U;seems like apples aide in wt loss-eat one. PM walk. Make stuff peppers.
ABD: Last PM-sandwich and chips. Trying 2 encourage.
237.3 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 87.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
