Argz. Up again, I'm thinking this is my trouble spot. I might *gasp* have to start exercising to lose weight from here on out. Counting calories doesn't seem to be doing it if I lose then gain, then lose, then gain. Oh well, two pounds isn't a big deal. Let's get it going back down again!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
