No BM in 5D. Gotta get Mg 2day. Awakened c 240.8# walked around block~13 min this AM & aferwards logged in 240.3#. Good sleep-about 5 hrs. Thigh, leg, back pain still there, but different; much less!!
TODAY:20U (early). Plan inc H2O & PM walk. Extend distance 2morrow. Modified apple day today ( Dinner in AM; 4-5 apples rest of day). Take all meds.
240.3 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 90.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
