It's been a roller coast ride this month. It started with a one-week spring holiday. I figured this would be good -- easy to get to the gym, time for plenty of sleep, a chance to spend more time on cooking dinner. Actually it ended up being one thing after another that kept me from all of that. Didn't get to the gym once and missed the entire next week as well. Finally got things back under control and I've been below 100kg for the past couple of days.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
