Treadmill. 2.1 miles in 30 minutes which is a new record for me. Eating pretty heavy the last couple of nights. Could not sleep last night and ate much cereal.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
