Okay I managed to lose weight that I gained on holiday in a week and got back to my previous weight. so I hope next week I’ll see a lower weight 🙌🏻
121.3 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
