My back hurts, so i couldn't walk nor go jogging. That's how bad of a pain I was in. I was doing a lot of strenghting on my back. That was for three months. so I gain weight. I tried to eat less, i did good so far.

As of today I'm not 100% normal but I feel better. I could jogg a little but it's not where I want myself to be at.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
