It worked at first, I lost about 20 pounds but it was hard and I quickly tired of it and fell back into old habits which put the weight back on AND THEN SOME. :( I got up to 215! Recently started walking and being more careful about what I eat. I can't handle Atkins...it's just too expensive and too strict (not to mention all the fake sugars and then my NEW cholesterol problem that can't be good on a high fat/ low carb diet.) Looks like I'm going to need a low fat/low carb diet (which is probably HARDER) :( This girl just can't seem to win this battle.
