Has to be low carb now. Tried vegan, vegetarian, fruitarian, low fat etc etc and only managed to gain weight. the only thing that works for me is low carb so focussing on this now 🎉
164.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
