This last bit has been going really slowly, however, I don't mind... it's more about maintaining, toning and having fun. It's definitely a lifestyle saying no to processed foods, sugars, refined oils etc and saying yes to you being healthy, full of energy and living your life... so enjoy your journey...
152.6 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
