i really havent been doing anything umm healthy at all.. i actually have been going through alot of changes in my health not bad but very weird.. like for instance i've been having itchy palms and the bottom of my feet and believe me it travels lol.. but yeah i havent been hungry at all and i dont know why i cant seem to sit down and eat a meal unless its really unhealthy for me so i dont buy those things anymore.. but i do want to go back on atkins cant wait for that boost of weight lost
