This was a large increase but I may have been dehydrated.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Probably right, I can vary 3 to 5 pounds in a week. When I really really focus on water it's hard, but dang it does the trick!
