Thank you! My inflammation is down and not as high with less carbs and sugar/fat. It’s hard! I’m a sugarholic and my daughter keeps Little Debbie’s and junk. I haven’t touched it at all in a week. Hoping this system keeps working. Have a gorgeous rest of your day! 💜🌷
