I did great until the evening when I ate about 6 oatmeal, Choc, pnut butter cookies w/milk
Starting today, if I do nothing else...I will do 200 crunches everyday. My first of many "good for me" changes (hopefully) I dont have a lot of confidence in my follow through these days...shit who am I kiddding EVER.
