I did a 21 day challenge that I started on April 6th but didn't weigh myself until the 21st day which was April 27th and was happy that I lost 11 pounds. It was easier than I thought it would be ! I'm still making healthy choices and I have cut back even more. So I hope I have lost more weight :)
