i had a pretty good weekend as far as my eatting, Sunday was a little difficult b/c the kids wanted to order pizza after carrying up drywall.....but i had a light breakfast and since i had pizza for lunch i only had cucumbers and Tomatoes for supper, which was more then enough...So i am down 2 lbs, it's not alot but i am happy it's a start and i feel so much better this last week.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

the slower you lose the weight the more likely you are to keep it off. it shows that the changes in your behaviour have not been drastic and thus you can stick to it. well done!
