Fell off for a long time but I know I need to get back on track. My kids need a healthy mom. Now my mindset is for a healthy body. Not just to lose the pounds.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
