Weight up? Hmm. Weird. Well, no matter. Today marks 13 days booze free, which has been quite easy. Eating, well, not great, I guess. But starting today, back to the ol' 16:8 intermittent fast. I wanted to stagger the lifestyle changes, which helps prevent failures. Additional daily exercise is next. After a while, I'll change to a 20:4 fast... but again, doing too much too soon is a recipe for failure. Baby steps! Also, boy is it cold outside! ;)
