This is my last weigh in for a month. Weighing daily/weekly isn't helping my progress.

May 1st was my first day without soda. I haven't had any since.

Today, I returned to training with my trainer. Last time I was there was mid-January.

I followed up with my reward, tanning for 6 minutes, then hopped on an elliptical and did 1.5 miles in 10:15.

One day at a time.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Dropping the soda will pay big dividends. Stay strong, it is not any easy addiction to overcome. I've been soda free for over 100 days but still have to fight the urge of the carbonated demons.
