I'm back!
And I shall keep coming back until I reach my goal weight. I have been stuck in bed for the past three days going through major tonsillitis pain and a small flu. Feeling my body breakdown, even though it wasn't due to weight freaked the shit out of me. I was powerless to the pain due to the fact that I am not in tune with my body. I wasn't able to recognise the warning signs or listen to my body's need. This too freaked me out because I want to be the master of my body, not the other way around. I'm already somewhat of a slave to my mind, lets at least get on top of certain shit :D Anywho, I'm rambling. Now that I feel better and have lost three kilos amidst the sweating, chills and inability to swallow, I have decided to get back on it! Exercise and food choices. Decided I'm not going to call this a diet ( it mentally fucks things up) so I shall be doing portion control and healthier choices. Travelling in a week and half and want to lost a couple more before then. I shall be on top of my recording as well. Good luck to all of us!
