The holidays = lots of treats and booze. With a bit of willpower, they could be avoided. However, I've decided to enjoy everything. A couple of weeks of food and fun is a nice treat. Come the new year, it'll be back to eating healthy, avoiding booze, and exercising. Happy New Year, everyone!
