Ate junk yesterday have to get better
142.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1275 kcal Fat: 26.69g | Prot: 49.67g | Carb: 130.19g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Raisins, Brown Sugar , Coffee. Lunch: Chicken or Turkey, Rice and Vegetables (Mixture). Dinner: Pineapple Chunks (Sweetened, Frozen), Breeze Salad, Jamaican Grilled Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added) , Light Beer, Cookies N Creme Cheesecake Bites. more...
