Still 5 hours before breaking the fast.
Going for 30 minute treadmill before coffee now
Weight training at 0900
first meal at 1200
second at 1600
Will up calories to 2800 on full body workouts, and 2400 kcal on bicep/tricep days
275.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
