So since I've been ill I've been having trouble eating not because I'm not want to eat but rather just have been having trouble keeping things down regularly and having some trouble eating on a regular basis due to appetite and that my stomach size has seem to have shrunk. I'm a little concerned because it seems that my weight keeps getting a little lower than what I would prefer. yesterday's weigh in I weighed 117.8 I thought that was a little odd I hadn't waited in a while so I waited again this morning and I wait 116.8 which is even lower and I started my period yesterday but you normally means I weigh higher than what I should do to retaining water. so I should in theory be weighing a little heavier than what I am not less. so I'm going to have to figure out some way to eat a little more than what I have been. I started eating a little earlier than I would normally on a day off today today I'm going to eat two eggs for breakfast on toast with cheese I don't normally eat toast with my eggs I'll try to eat again in a couple hours see if will sit well on my stomach I have been feeling a little bit better now that I'm taking DayQuil regularly. I'm not technically supposed to take a set of medicine with my medications but it really has helped with the decongestant. I still haven't had a chance to make it to the doctor due to time conflicts and the other things I've had to do like shopping and Ryan's and I work schedules. this marks the second week that I've been sick for real so I do hope that I can get better to this week cuz I'm really tired being sick it would just like to be able to be myself with my regular weakness and not I'm feeling this way on top of it. in addition last night our air fryer broke sucks it seems some sort of corrosiveness happen around the screws of the handle and the handle broke off when we try to remove the basket last night no other parts of the air fryer are malfunctioning but you have to have the handle in order to make it function properly. I'm a little confused or why I've been losing weight though because I have been consuming roughly the same amount of calories that I normally do the only thing I can figure is maybe where I'm Ill my body is burning more than what it normally would be? I've even switched to some more calorie-dense food then I wouldn't normally eat that are really what I would consider more on the naughty list for me but we'll see I'll switch it up I really don't really enjoy a lot of the more calorific foods that I once ate they just don't taste as enjoyable as they once did but on the other hand 116 is really low for my height (5' 8"), and I don't want to lose too much muscle mass because I have a really hard time regaining it.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im sorry to hear that Windy, I hope that things in your family start getting better soon. I really do hate being sick although I can't complain too much because I haven't been sick since I've gotten out of the hospital in March at least not in a significant manner it's really kicking my butt. Good luck to us all and may the future be bright!

I hope you can find a way to take in more calories. When you do eat maybe choose higher calorie foods that are not dense in weight.
