hurra, es wird wieder besser - freu, freu
121.5 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

863 kcal Fat: 40.62g | Prot: 44.31g | Carb: 81.00g.   Breakfast: Zimt, Landfein Naturjoghurt, Haferflocken, Chia-Samen, Honig, Kaffee. Lunch: Bofrost Backofen-Herzogin-Kartoffeln, Brokkoli, Gebratene Hähnchenschenkel (Haut gegessen). Dinner: Pink Lady Äpfel, Gut & Günstig Reine Buttermilch, Zitronensaft, Minze, Basilikum, Gurke (Geschält). Snacks/Other: K-Classic Käseaufschnitt, Milka I Love Milka Hauchzarte Herzen. more...
