Guess I needed the 12 hours of sleep I got
134.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

Wow! I’m green with envy. I average 5, 6 - 7 hours then up bright eyed and bushy tailed. Would love to sleep MINIMUM 8 - 9 hours as it regulates my body better. My hours of sleep since time change is 9 pm - 3:30-4 am, daily 🙄 I try and to stay up later but too tired from teaching.

Storms there is hope one day. I average probably 5 hours for the last 30 or more years and this year i am starting to get 6-8 hours. Except on the days i have appts I usually dont sleep well those night. But knowing i can sleep in later if im having a hard time helps. Also, been using ashwaganda powder sometimes at night or just started magnesium with a calming supplement in it and that seems to help I feel for you. Lack of sleep is the worst
