Hello buddies and fatsecret team I am sorry i hv been gone for awhile, since as some of you remember i gad some upcoming surgeries the last couple months. Well thank God I have finally finished with the hospital for awhile. This new weight is from 2 weeks ago. I havent posted in awhile.
364.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 164.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2015:
630 kcal Fat: 21.23g | Prot: 58.93g | Carb: 53.17g.   Breakfast: Ground Turkey (Cooked), Wal-Mart 6" Flour Tortillas, Refried Beans (Canned). Lunch: Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs. Dinner: Chocolate Soy Milk, Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream. Snacks/Other: Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack, Ground Turkey. more...
