had some pizza and fries for lunch and a candy bar for dinner - i love wednesdays! that is the day i eat whatever i want - then get right back on track... i went to cardio and yoga though - so that helps!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
