I finally got myself on a good calorie count yesterday. No protein bars and no hot cocoa. I will have to look into the low calorie cocoa...it's getting too cold in Chicago not to drink something warm in the morning. I also cut out all caffeine a few months ago so I don't have coffee to warm me up! I'm super excited to have lost another 2 pounds, I thought for sure that I would have gained more weight since I wasn't sticking right to the 1200 calorie plan but I think since I was working out as much as I was it was ok. I'm also getting back on track with teh 30 Day Shred, it kicked my butt this mornig but was good. Wii boxing is a real work out, might have to start incorporating it into my daily activities. My fiance and I were both sweating like crazy!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was wondering how the Wii workouts were. We plan to get that for the kids for Christmas so will have to try that. Great job on being so focused right now!
