I lost a pound! Great! It's been a week.
A pipe burst upstairs at my current house sit, and the water flowed from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs office. It happened around 1 AM and somehow woke me up.
The week has been full of insurance agents, contractors, remediation people, and upset homeowners (I don't blame them!). The last thing I've been doing is watching my diet.
After nearly a week, things are better, dryer and... I'm eating healthy again.
And so it goes!!
