hmm 😒 🤔 added in more higher in protein snacks, keeping the carbs very restricted. walking 4-5km daily and yet not making the progress I had hoped for.
173.7 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
