had a hard time last night wanted something, thought on some diet hot chocolate, got my water boiled and could not find any....did not help the situation one bit! Shame on me had a fudge striped cookie. felt terrible afterwards! Made watching cops hard from my own guilt@! tee-hee
228.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
