I have not been on in over 2 months. The winter has keep me in and was too lazy / cold to get to gym. Glad all I gain was 3 pounds sooo lucky. Now its time to get back moving the last 2 days been to gym. Started to write everything a put in month. I am going to only drink water. I will be back on tomorrow morning & night plan on making it a habit to do. Some see you tomorrow.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
