I know, I know.. I'm being bad and weighing in daily again. I want to see the scale go down though! I've decided that the inability to lose weight really must have been tied into my use of vicodine last week. I'm not losing quickly, but the weight is coming off again and I'm still in Ketosis. Once I see the 260s, I'll put the scale away again!

I was good and ate a lot of nuts and veggies yesterday; I hope not too many nuts, I was just eye-balling my portions. I'm going to go through with my label maker today and label the bottom of my nut jars with net gram carbs and pieces per portion and. Lol, reminds me of when I was on WW and everything in the cupboard was labeled with it's points value.

Also hoping to get around to measuring myself today.
Oh yeah, I wore my regular jeans fresh out of the dryer and they fit like they usually do after a few days of stretching them out! I kept having to pull them up. Also, my size small shorts from when I was like 14, that still fit for some reason, that I wear around the house to clean kept falling down when I was cleaning the kitchen last night, lol.

Irritated that my graph says I started at 270 when I started at 280!!
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
