Fasted yesterday and this large loss is part of that event. Now, the challenge will be to keep it off. I am considering fasting one day a week to supplement my diet program.
212.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
