My next stumbling block as far as food is concerned will be Friday night when we host "Men's Night Out" at church. this month we are serving thanksgiving dinner, complete with all the fixings.
Tis the holiday season with food and more food, nothing but food on the agenda 😂😂.
I'm happy about that but it also makes me wish I had started working on my weight several months ago.
Better late than never!
207.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel. We had fried fish and shrimp at church last night. I didn’t do very well making my plate.

@SunnyDay, that hurts and Friday will be the same for me. Tonight, my wife wants to go out for dinner. So, no break there 😂😂 But I can laugh about it. At least now I'm trying to keep track of what I'm doing and eating. I've not given up! Stick with it SunnyDay!
