Ive struggled these last few months to get back on track as I have gotten closer to my goal. Life and dealing with many heartbreaking changes has caused me to gain weight and not care as much as I once did.

However, I have begun refocusing my efforts and I'm getting back to a high protein intake diet. I will make my weight goal, and I will become the best version of me there is!
435.6 lb Lost so far: 243.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

awww thank you all! It's been rough for sure but definitely making the right steps again to get myself back where I need to be
